The Statement P’s – Return & Refund Policy


At The Statement P’s, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product

may not meet your expectations, and we’re here to assist you in line with the return and refund policy outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

● Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

● Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

● Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice, or order number) is required.

● Mandatory Video Recording: A continuous, uncut video recording of the product from unboxing to repacking is required. This must clearly show: The condition of the item as it was received.

● The item being packed in its original condition and packaging: This video is mandatory for all return requests and must be submitted as part of your return claim.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

● Socks, Earrings & Nails

● Personalized or Customized Items

● Gift Cards

● Final Sale / Clearance Items (unless received damaged or incorrect)

● Items without Original Tags/Packaging

● Used, Washed, or Worn Products


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Share your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if eligible.


● Do not ship the product until you receive the RMA number and instructions.

● Prepare Your Package:

○ Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags/accessories.

○ MANDATORY: Share a continuous video recording showing:

■ The item in unused condition

■ The product being placed into its original packaging

○ Clearly write the RMA number on the outer package.

● Ship Your Item:

○ You are responsible for return shipping (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).

○ Use a trackable shipping service.

○ Ship to the address provided in the RMA instructions.


4. Refunds

● Upon receipt and inspection, you will receive an email notification of your refund status.

● If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

● If rejected due to ineligibility or lack of mandatory video proof, the product will be sent back to you (shipping charges applicable).


5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order separately.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

● Provide:

○ Order number

○ Clear photos of the issue

○ A continuous unboxing video showing the damaged packaging and the item.


Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

1. Recheck your bank account or credit card statement

2. Contact your payment provider

3. If it still hasn’t arrived, email orders@burasuna.com


8. Policy Changes

The Statement P’s reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance.
