Order, Shipping & Delivery Information
● Once your order is confirmed:
● Each product is carefully quality-checked, packed, and shipped securely from our Bengaluru warehouse.
● Orders are usually dispatched within 48–72 hours of confirmation. Orders across India are delivered within 15 business days.
Our trusted delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order at the earliest. If they cannot reach you, they will contact you for further instructions.

💸 Orders below ₹1299 will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
🚚 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at an additional fee of ₹99.
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. The Statement P’s will not be liable for any delivery issues or losses due to incorrect or incomplete information.
We attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, re-delivery will incur additional charges, and unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, or high-volume periods). Once the product has been handed over to the shipping partner, we cannot be held liable for delays, but we will assist in tracking and resolving issues wherever possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In case you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, you must:
● Record a continuous video while unboxing, clearly showing:
○ The sealed outer packaging
○ The product(s) being removed
○ The damage or error
● This video is mandatory for initiating return, exchange, or refund requests.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is placed:
● Visit the “My Orders” section on our website to check the status.
● You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details.

Order Consolidation & Shipping
If you’ve ordered multiple products:
● We consolidate them into a single shipment for convenience and sustainability.
● You will be charged only one shipping or COD fee (if applicable) for the entire consolidated order.
Order Cancellations
We begin processing orders immediately after confirmation. Therefore:
● Modifications (like address changes) are not possible once the order is placed.
● You may cancel your order during a short window:

● Go to My Orders
● If the ‘Cancel Order’ button is visible, your order can be canceled.
● If not, the order has already moved to processing and cannot be canceled.

● Our outer packaging is made from recycled paper and other eco-friendly materials.
● Wherever feasible, we use paper-based fillers instead of plastic bubble wrap.
