RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At The Statement P’s, We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we are here to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with the policy outlined below.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or initiating a return.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Return Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition in which it was received, including all original tags, labels, and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, invoice, or order number) is required for all returns.

2. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Socks, Earrings & Nails - Due to hygiene concerns, these cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

  • Personalized or Customized Items - Products specifically made or altered for you.

  • Gift Cards - Non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Final Sale / Clearance Items - Not eligible for return or exchange unless received damaged or incorrect.

  • Items without Original Packaging or Tags - Products returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories will not be accepted.

  • Used, Washed, or Worn Items - Any item showing signs of use, wear, washing, or alteration.

3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1 - Contact Us: Within the 7-day return window, reach out to our customer service team at orders@burasuna.com or +91 63663 80882. Please share your order number and a brief reason for the return to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 2 - Await Approval: Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with an RMA number along with detailed return instructions. Do not ship any item without first receiving your RMA number, as it will not be accepted.

Step 3 - Prepare Your Package: Pack the item carefully in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

Step 4 - Ship Your Item: Choose one of the following shipping options:

• Option A – You Arrange the Return: Ship the item using any courier of your choice. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and purchasing shipping insurance. The Statement P’s is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Please ensure your RMA number is clearly mentioned on the package.

      Option B – We Arrange the Pickup: If you prefer, we can arrange a pickup. A return shipping fee of ₹249 will be deducted from your refund. Once confirmed, we will share the pickup details with you.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Once your return is approved, the refund process will be initiated.

For Prepaid Orders:
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase within 4–5 business days from the date of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit to your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Since there is no original payment method to refund, please request a Return Reimbursement Form from our support team. Complete and submit the form with your bank account details. Once verified, the refund will be processed to the bank account provided within 4–5 business days from the date of approval.

Rejected: Refunds may be declined if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., used, damaged, missing parts, outside the return window). In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Partial Returns: If you return part of an order, any discounts applied to the original order will be recalculated based on the revised order value, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Note: The ₹249 return shipping fee applies only if The Statement P’s arranges the pickup (Option B above).

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items subject to a non-refundable exchange processing fee of ₹249 per exchange request.

To request an exchange, please initiate an exchange request through our returns process. Once your request is approved and the original item is received and passes inspection, the replacement item will be shipped to you.

Please note:

  • A ₹249 exchange processing fee will be applicable for each exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at our discretion.

  • Exchange requests must comply with all eligibility requirements outlined in this Return & Exchange Policy.

6. DAMAGES / INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@burasuna.com or +91 63663 80882. To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide:

  •  Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

  • A continuous unboxing video, particularly if the outer packaging was visibly damaged upon arrival (this assists us in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if needed)

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable return shipping costs.

7. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you have not yet received your refund, please take the following steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Contact your credit card provider - processing times vary and it may take a few days for the refund to appear.

  • Contact your bank, as there may be additional internal processing time.

  • If you have completed the steps above and your refund has still not arrived, please email us at founder@burasuna.com and we will investigate.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The Statement P’s reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
