Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. These terms are designed to create clarity and ensure a smooth, transparent experience for every customer.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Once your order is confirmed, here is what happens:

•       Each product is carefully quality-checked, securely packed, and dispatched from our Bengaluru warehouse.

•       Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 hours of order confirmation.

•       Our trusted delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order at the earliest. If they are unable to reach you, they will contact you for further instructions.

We attempt delivery twice. If both attempts are unsuccessful, re-delivery will incur additional charges, and unclaimed packages will be returned to our warehouse.

2. Shipping Fees & Cash on Delivery

The following shipping charges apply to all orders:

•       Free Shipping: Available on all orders above ₹599.

•       Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹599 will incur a shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

•       Cash on Delivery (COD): Available at an additional fee of ₹99 per order.

Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate and complete. The Statement P’s will not be liable for delivery failures, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

3. Shipping Delays

We aim to ensure timely delivery on every order. However, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or high-volume periods such as sales or festive seasons.

Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partner, The Statement P’s cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier. However, we will always do our best to assist you with tracking and resolving any issues.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you can track it as follows:

•       Visit the “My Orders” section on our website to check the current status of your order.

•       You will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your tracking details once your order is shipped.

•       For any updates or concerns regarding your shipment, email us at orders@burasuna.com.

5. Order Consolidation

If you order multiple products in a single transaction:

•       We will consolidate all items into a single shipment wherever possible, for your convenience and to minimise environmental impact.

•       You will be charged only one shipping fee or COD charge (if applicable) for the entire consolidated order.

6. Order Cancellations & Modifications

We begin processing orders immediately after confirmation, so changes are time-sensitive.

•       Address Changes: Modifications to your delivery address are not possible once an order has been placed. If you need to make a correction urgently, please contact us immediately at  +91 63663 80882 and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.

To cancel an order:

1.    Log in to your account at statementps.com.

2.    Go to “My Orders.”

3.    If the “Cancel Order” button is visible, your order can still be cancelled.

4.    If the button is no longer available, your order has already moved to processing and cannot be cancelled.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91 63663 80882.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, a continuous unboxing video is mandatory. This video must clearly show:

•       The sealed outer packaging before it is opened

•       The product(s) being removed from the packaging

•       The damage, defect, or incorrect item

This video is required to initiate any return, exchange, or refund request related to a damaged or incorrect delivery. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

8. Our Commitment to Sustainable Packaging

At The Statement P’s, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint:

•       Our outer packaging is made from recycled paper and eco-friendly materials.

•       Wherever feasible, we use paper-based fillers instead of plastic bubble wrap.

•       Reducing plastic use is an ongoing journey for us - we are continuously exploring more sustainable options.

9. Where We Deliver

We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
